Shaking.

Yesterday we were in a hurry to get to school and I forgot my water bottle. Usually I drink at least half of my water through out the school day. Yesterday I didn't have any water. Then when it came to lunch time for some reason I couldn't eat. I wasn't that hungy. I had a few bites of my sandwich and I just couldn't eat anymore. I was on my way to class at this time and I didn't realize a change in my body. Until I got to my 6th hour class.

When I was sitting waiting for my class to start I started to shake. I wasn't sure why. Usually when I shake I try and hide it. One of my friends a crossed the room could tell something was wrong. After class he came to me and asked what was wrong. I told him and then we talked on the way out of the class room.

During 7th hour I was in the library and my shaking got a lot worse. I was so scared I messaged my boyfriend to contact my mom because I couldn't get a hold of her. I finally gave up to a point and said forget the libraries rules I need to get a hold of my mom. We are not aloud on Facebook at the High School and I went on and get a hold of my mom. After talking to her and my boyfriend I went to the office. I sat there and waited for mom and while talking to the secretary.

When mom got there she gave me a granola bar and some peppermints. I ate a peppermint and I could feel in my body and tell by looking at my arms that the peppermint was helping me stop shaking so much. After about 10 or 15 minutes I was doing well enough to go to my 8th hour class. I thanked mom for bringing me the peppermints and then went to class.

During class I was still shaking but not as much as before. I tried to finish my quiz but my brain was dead I didn't remember what to do. So I worked on my homework assignment. After class my teacher asked how I was doing and I said I was fine.

On the way to where I get picked up I told my friend in my biology class that I was still shaking but not as much as before. He gave me a hug and said thats good and get better. Then I went to my biology room and talked to my teacher because he got an email. Then I went home.
