Algebra book 3

Today I worked on math all day. I got really frustrated at first because I was working on word problems. That is one of the hardest things for me to do. I can't get the numbers out of the story. If I get help and I get the starting problem I can answer it just fine. I just can't get that one part. When I do math I need either quietness or listing to music. Today we had a visitor checking out the school. There were three girls that got asked to show her around and tell her about their projects. I was in the same room as them and they were very loud.

I went to work in the hallway but they came out there too. I got really irritated and went into the cafe room at our school. I hid behind a table in a corner. People were talking but I had music and they weren't talking that loud. I was really excited I was getting the problems done. I kept going back and forth to my teacher to see what I was doing wrong and if I did the problem right. After a while I went back into the hallway and layed on the bench and worked on it more. My teacher came over to see how I was doing. While he was sitting there I did 2 word problems without any help.

I kept working on it there and I finished the entire book except one problem. I tried working on it a few times and couldn't get it. I kept getting the same answer. I went and asked my teacher and he showed me what I did wrong. After I fixed it and finished the problem I was done with the book. I was happy.

Now there are 3 out of 10 books done. I now have to finish the rest. Okay I should probably finish the 2 books I started and then start another one instead of doing them all at the same time. Well onto something else, was just at biology and soon I will be at geometry. I finished biology homework already so I will get to do geometry homework when I get home. I really hope it wont be that hard to do.

I am going to end this writing. Just remember stop, breathe, and go back to math. If that doesn't help then walk away from it for a little bit. It does help. Last night I was about to scream while working on geometry homework but I called my mentor and talked about bats. After I got off the phone I was much better and went back to math. It helped me a lot, it might even help you.
